Eos Energy Enterprises adds Nathaniel Fick to board of directors

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: EOSE) announced the appointment of Nathaniel Fick to its board of directors as an independent director, effective March 24, 2026.
Fick currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Equities and Senior Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management. He previously served as the U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for Cyberspace & Digital Policy from 2023-2025, leading international engagement on cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Before his government service, Fick was Chief Executive Officer of cybersecurity company Endgame and oversaw its integration into Elastic following its acquisition. He also served as an operating partner at Bessemer Venture Partners for eight years.
Fick is a former U.S. Marine Corps infantry and reconnaissance officer with combat deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq. He authored the New York Times bestselling memoir "One Bullet Away."
"Nate's experience in national security, cybersecurity and AI, technology leadership, and infrastructure-centric organizations adds meaningful depth to the Board," said Joe Nigro, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Joe Mastrangelo, Eos Chief Executive Officer, noted that Fick "has operated in environments where performance, resilience, and execution are required under real-world constraints."
Fick stated that "energy infrastructure is increasingly digital, interconnected, and consequential" and expressed his intention to support the board and management team in strengthening grid reliability and executing the company's strategy.
Eos Energy Enterprises designs, manufactures, and provides zinc-based battery energy storage systems for utility-scale, microgrid, commercial, and industrial applications.
