Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK) announced the launch of The Experience, a digital design studio located at its Design Center in Elkhart, Indiana. The facility features a 50-by-14-foot LED screen with 1.2mm pixel pitch designed to display full-scale RV, marine, and powersports products.
The studio enables customers to view products at 1:1 scale and make real-time adjustments to materials, colors, finishes, and lighting. The system can generate high-quality renders, cutaways, and 360-degree walkthroughs during design sessions.
The facility introduces Patrick's Digital Twin process, which creates virtual replicas of physical materials and products by digitally scanning their texture, finish, color, and dimensions. The LED display was designed and installed by Progressive Group, one of Patrick's brands.
"The Experience reflects our commitment to enhancing customer service, value, and our partnership through innovation and forward-thinking excellence," said Andy Nemeth, Chief Executive Officer.
Jeff Rodino, President, stated the company aims to create "a smarter, more efficient and cost-effective way to develop and design for today's customer."
