Commercial Metals (NYSE: CMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is an 11.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.
The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2026, to stockholders of record on April 6, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of April 2, 2026.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
