ASML reports share repurchases totaling €125 million over five days

ASML Holding N.V. (NASDAQ: ASML) repurchased 105,639 shares for €124,998,000 between March 16 and March 20, 2026, according to a company statement.
The semiconductor equipment manufacturer bought back shares at weighted average prices ranging from €1,161.45 to €1,201.49 per share. The largest single-day repurchase occurred on March 19, when the company bought 21,525 shares for €25,000,239.
Daily repurchase amounts remained consistent at approximately €25 million, with the company acquiring between 20,808 and 21,525 shares each day. The transactions were conducted under ASML's share buyback program announced on January 28, 2026.
The company disclosed these transactions in compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation (Nr. 596/2014), which requires public reporting of buyback activities. ASML is based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
