CrowdStrike extends Falcon Flex model to cybersecurity services

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced the launch of Flex for Services, extending its Falcon Flex licensing model to its portfolio of cybersecurity services. The company also introduced the Zero Dollar Flex Fund for qualifying new customers.

The Flex for Services model allows organizations to access cybersecurity services including threat hunting, red teaming, readiness assessments, AI advisory services, and incident response through a flexible pool of service hours. The service operates independently from Falcon platform subscriptions.

CrowdStrike reported that its Falcon Flex model generated $1.69 billion in ending annual recurring revenue in Q4 fiscal year 2026, representing growth of more than 120 percent year-over-year.

The Zero Dollar Flex Fund provides qualifying new services customers with 200 hours of CrowdStrike services at no upfront cost for a limited time. This includes 160 hours of incident response and 40 hours of proactive services.

"Flex for Services extends that model to security services, shifting the consumption model from hours to outcomes," said Tom Etheridge, chief global services officer at CrowdStrike.

The company stated that the service model enables partners including system integrators, managed service providers, and incident response partners to offer flexible consumption-based services to their customers.

Robb Mayeski, global head of CrowdStrike Services at Kroll, said the model "unlocks greater value for our customers, giving them the flexibility to consume the expert services they need as their risk profiles change."

The announcement was made at the RSA conference, according to the company's press release.
