Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) announced new artificial intelligence capabilities for its Oracle AI Database platform designed to help enterprises build and deploy AI applications that can access real-time business data.
The company unveiled these features at its Oracle AI World Tour in London on March 24, 2026. The new capabilities include the Oracle Autonomous AI Vector Database, which provides vector database functionality with enterprise-grade security and scalability features.
The Oracle AI Database Private Agent Factory enables business users to build AI agents through a no-code interface that runs in containers across public clouds or on-premises environments. The platform includes pre-built AI agents for database knowledge, structured data analysis, and research functions.
Oracle also introduced Deep Data Security, which implements user-specific data access controls within the database to protect against unauthorized access. The system allows different types of users, such as sales representatives or executives, to access only the data they are authorized to view.
The Private AI Services Container allows organizations to run AI models privately without sharing data with third-party providers. Oracle Trusted Answer Search provides a method for using AI to answer user questions by matching queries to previously created reports rather than relying solely on large language models.
Additional features include Oracle Vectors on Ice, which supports vector data stored in Apache Iceberg tables, and the Autonomous AI Database MCP Server for external AI agent access.
"The next wave of enterprise AI will be defined by customers' ability to use AI in business-critical production systems," said Juan Loaiza, executive vice president of Oracle Database Technologies.
The features are available across Oracle's cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployment options. The company stated the capabilities are designed to work with existing enterprise data without requiring data movement or additional infrastructure.
