FiscalNote board director Anna Sedgley to resign March 19

FiscalNote Holdings Inc. (NYSE: NOTE) announced that board director Anna Sedgley will resign from her position effective March 19, 2026.

Sedgley notified the company of her decision on March 15, 2026, citing a desire to focus on other professional commitments. The resignation is not related to any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices, according to the announcement.

Sedgley joined FiscalNote's board in February 2021 and currently serves as chair of the audit committee. The company stated it is grateful for the guidance she provided during her tenure as a director.
