Paycom Software Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) received the H3 HR Advisors HCM Technology Signal Award for workforce change, according to a company statement. The award recognizes the human capital management software provider's automation and decisioning logic across its HR and payroll platforms.
"Organizations don't need more decisions falling on HR and leaders — they need technology that reduces the burden," said Shane Hadlock, president and chief client officer at Paycom. The company's technology removes additional work from managers, HR departments and executives through automated processes.
Paycom operates HR and payroll processes through a single database system with command-driven artificial intelligence. Steve Boese, co-founder of H3 HR Advisors, called Paycom "the most automated software in the industry" and noted the technology helps organizations manage workforce changes consistently.
The Signal Awards program identifies effectiveness patterns observed through H3 HR Advisors' research and advisory work with HR, payroll, IT and business leaders. The awards recognize HCM providers whose technology demonstrates measurable impact in nine areas considered critical for organizations in 2026.
H3 HR Advisors bases the awards on ongoing research, advisory work and market conversations with business leaders. The program evaluates real-world patterns of effectiveness over time across the human capital management industry.
Paycom provides cloud-based human capital management software and has operated for over 25 years, serving businesses in the United States and internationally.
