Boeing CFO expects flat to positive margins for commercial airplane unit in 2026

Investing.com -- Boeing anticipates flat or potentially positive margins this year for its commercial airplanes division, Chief Financial Officer Jay Malave said Tuesday at the Bank of America Global Industrials Conference.
The commercial airplane division reported a loss of $632 million in 2025 and $2.1 billion in 2024.
Malave also said the company has seen overall defects decline by 40%, according to remarks made at the conference.
