IDT Corp. (IDT) Tops Q2 EPS by 13c ; Provides Outlook

IDT Corp. (NYSE: IDT) reported Q2 EPS of $1.00, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $320.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $302 million.

FY 2026 FINANCIAL OUTLOOK

IDT is increasing its previous FY 2026 guidance for consolidated Adjusted EBITDA from $141-$145 million to $147-$149 million. At the midpoint, the updated guidance represents an increase of 12% from FY 2025 Adjusted EBITDA of $131.7 million.
