Harley-Davidson Inc. (NYSE: HOG) announced that board member James Duncan Farley Jr. will not seek re-election when his term expires at the company's upcoming annual shareholder meeting.
Farley notified Allan Golston, chair of the board's nominating and corporate governance committee, on February 9, 2026, of his decision not to stand for re-election. The company stated that Farley's decision was not due to any disagreement with Harley-Davidson regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
The motorcycle manufacturer said it wishes Farley well and expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure on the board. The company's annual shareholder meeting will mark the conclusion of Farley's current directorship term.
