Kyndryl (NYSE: KD) reported Q3 EPS of $0.52, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.94 billion.
Kyndryl is providing the following outlook for its fiscal year 2026:
Adjusted pretax income of $575 to $600 million
Adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 17.5%
Free cash flow of $325 to $375 million
Constant-currency revenue decline of 2% to 3%
