Snowflake Inc. (NYSE: SNOW) reported that its sales through Amazon Web Services Marketplace exceeded $2 billion in the 2025 calendar year, representing doubled year-over-year transaction growth, according to a company statement.
The cloud data platform company announced new integrations with AWS services designed to enhance data connectivity and artificial intelligence capabilities. These include connections between Snowflake Cortex Agents and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, catalog federation between AWS Glue Data Catalog and Snowflake Catalogs, and support for the Iceberg V3 table specification.
AWS recognized Snowflake across 14 partner award categories in 2025, including Global Data & Analytics Technology Partner of the Year for the third consecutive year, Global Generative AI Tool Partner of the Year, and Global Infrastructure Technology Partner of the Year.
"Crossing the $2 billion mark in AWS Marketplace and being recognized as a leading Global Partner reflects how deeply our innovations resonate with customers in the AI era," said Mike Gannon, Chief Revenue Officer at Snowflake.
Ruba Borno, VP of Global Specialists & Partners at AWS, stated that the milestone "demonstrates the power of removing procurement friction to accelerate enterprise innovation."
Companies including Booking.com and DraftKings are using Snowflake through AWS Marketplace. Thomas Davey, Chief Data Officer at Booking.com, said the combination provides "flexibility and scalability to experiment, personalize, and innovate faster."
The new catalog federation feature allows customers to access Iceberg-format data managed by Snowflake Horizon Catalog through AWS Glue Data Catalog, aimed at reducing data duplication and movement costs. Snowflake also introduced support for linking databases directly to AWS Glue Data Catalog without creating individual external tables.
