Redwire Corporation (RDW) Misses Q3 EPS by 17c

Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.29), $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $103.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $130.89 million.

GUIDANCE:

Redwire Corporation sees FY2025 revenue of $320-340 million, versus the consensus of $422 million.

• Due to the ongoing U.S. government shutdown, a number of our anticipated orders have been pushed out of the quarter and into 2026. As a result, for the twelve months ended December 31, 2025, Redwire, including Edge Autonomy from the date of close (June 13, 2025), is forecasting full year revenues of $320 million to $340 million.
