AppFolio (APPF) Misses Q3 EPS by 15c, provides guidance

AppFolio (NASDAQ: APPF) reported Q3 EPS of $1.31, $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $249.35 million versus the consensus estimate of $245.39 million.

GUIDANCE:

AppFolio sees FY2025 revenue of $945-950 million, versus the consensus of $942.8 million.

Full year non-GAAP operating margin as a percentage of revenue is expected to be in the range of 23.5% to 24.5%.
Diluted weighted average shares outstanding are expected to be approximately 36 million for the full year.
