ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) and FedEx Dataworks announced an expanded strategic collaboration to integrate artificial intelligence, data analytics, and workflow automation for supply chain management. The partnership combines FedEx Dataworks' logistics and economic data with ServiceNow's AI platform to create workflows that anticipate disruptions and optimize networks.
The initial integration will connect FedEx Dataworks intelligence, including shipment data and route performance metrics, with ServiceNow's Source-to-Pay Operations platform. This integration aims to help organizations identify supplier shortfalls early and reduce costs associated with operational disruptions.
The companies plan to establish joint innovation hubs, platform integrations, and shared engineering resources as part of a multi-year initiative. The collaboration seeks to develop end-to-end supply chain workflows that unify planning, procurement, logistics, and network optimization in a single platform.
"In a world defined by constant disruption, agility isn't just a competitive advantage — it's how businesses grow and thrive," said Paul Fipps, president of Global Customer Operations at ServiceNow.
Vishal Talwar, executive vice president and chief digital officer of FedEx Corp. and president of FedEx Dataworks, stated that the partnership will empower enterprises "to stay ahead of change, move with intelligence, and lead with a level of precision and agility that simply wasn't possible before."
The first capabilities are expected to launch in ServiceNow's Source-to-Pay Operations products in the first quarter of 2026, with broader availability planned as part of a phased rollout. The information is based on a joint press release from the companies.
