Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PINE) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.09), $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.56 million versus the consensus estimate of $14.67 million.
2025 Outlook
The Company is increasing both its 2025 FFO and AFFO per share guidance range to $1.82 to $1.85 from $1.74 to $1.77, based on weighted average diluted shares outstanding of approximately 15.5 million.
