Taylor Morrison Home (TMHC) Tops Q3 EPS by 19c; cuts forecast

Taylor Morrison Home (NYSE: TMHC) reported Q3 EPS of $2.11, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $1.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.03 billion.

Sees homes closed 12,800 to 13,000, saw 13,000 to 13,500 vs. Bloomberg estimate 13,082
