After-hours movers:
Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) surged 23% after reporting solid quarterly results. It also said it expects Oracle Cloud Infrastructure revenue to grow 77% to $18 billion this fiscal year—and then increase to $32 billion, $73 billion, $114 billion, and $144 billion over the subsequent four years.
- NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA), AMD (NASDAQ: AMD), and CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV) gained following Oracle's update.
Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) fell 13% after it reported disappointing quarterly results. Synopsys reported Q3 EPS of $3.39, $0.41 worse than the analyst estimate of $3.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.74 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.77 billion.
Asset Entities (NASDAQ: ASST) rose 13% after stockholders voted to approve the previously announced merger with Strive Enterprises.
