Cloudflare (NET) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c, provides guidance

Cloudflare (NYSE: NET) reported Q2 EPS of $0.21, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $512.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $501.21 million.

GUIDANCE:

Cloudflare sees Q3 2025 EPS of $0.23, versus the consensus of $0.21. Cloudflare sees Q3 2025 revenue of $543.5-544.5 million, versus the consensus of $538.6 million.

Cloudflare sees FY2025 revenue of $2.114-2116 billion, versus the consensus of $2.096 billion.
