United Airlines (NASDAQ: UAL) fell 1.5% after it reported Q2 EPS of $3.87, 6c above the analyst estimate of $3.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $15.36 billion.

Sarepta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SRPT) rose 36% after announcing plans for millions in savings tied to a 36% workforce reduction.

MP Materials (NYSE: MP) fell 6% after it commenced a $500 million underwritten public offering.

Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) rose 0.4% after reporting in-line second quarter EPS.
