Ally Financial (NYSE: ALLY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2025, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2025.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
Also: A quarterly dividend payment was declared on Ally's 4.700% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, of approximately $15.9 million, or $11.75 per share, and is payable to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2025. Additionally, a dividend payment was declared on Ally's 4.700% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C, of approximately $11.8 million, or $11.75 per share, and is payable to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2025.
