Progyny (NASDAQ: PGNY) reported Q1 EPS of $0.48, $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $324.04 million versus the consensus estimate of $305.11 million.

GUIDANCE:

Progyny sees Q2 2025 EPS of $0.40-$0.43, versus the consensus of $0.42. Progyny sees Q2 2025 revenue of $310-325 million, versus the consensus of $307.8 million.

Progyny sees FY2025 EPS of $1.54-$1.64, versus the consensus of $1.60. Progyny sees FY2025 revenue of $1.185-1.235 billion, versus the consensus of $1.21 billion.
