CoreCivic (CXW) Tops Q1 EPS by 11c, Beats on Revenue; Offers FY25 EPS Guidance

CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW) reported Q1 EPS of $0.23, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $488.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $477.89 million.

GUIDANCE:

CoreCivic sees FY2025 EPS of $0.48-$0.61, versus the consensus of $0.73.
