After-hours movers:
Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) rose 5% after it reported strong first quarter results and guidance. Management said revenue and profit growth outlook remains solid, with no change to 2025 guidance forecast for revenue of $43.5-$44.5B and operating margin of 29%.
Roku (NASDAQ: ROKU) rose in sympathy with Netflix, gaining 2%
Hertz Global (NASDAQ: HTZ) fell 3%, paring gains after surging nearly 100% in two days following news of a stake by Bill Ackman's Pershing Square. Ackman confirmed he owns nearly 20% of the car rental company, and published his thesis on the stock in a post on X Thursday afternoon.
