BofA Securities analyst Justin Post reiterated a Buy rating and $640.00 price target on Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ: META)
The analyst comments "The trial is expected to conclude on 7/3, with a ruling date not set yet. Given the likely case timeline, potential remedy phase and appeals, we do not expect a final resolution before 2027. However, settlement remains possible at any point after the trial, and press reports have highlighted meetings between Meta’s CEO and President Trump. We don’t think the Street is anticipating strong behavioral or structural remedies, so there is some tail risk for the stock, in our view. Overall, we remain constructive on Meta based on the assumption that the company’s multi-app structure will remain intact."
