After-hours movers: CrowdStrike, Credo Technology, Box and AeroVironment

After-hours movers:

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) fell 6% despite publishing fourth quarter results that beat analyst estimates on the top an bottom line, after guidance disappointed investors. CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. sees FY2026 EPS of $3.33-$3.45, versus the consensus of $4.43.

Credo Technology Group Holding (NASDAQ: CRDO) rose 5% after reporting strong third quarter results. Third quarter revenue of $135.0 million, grew by 87.4% quarter over quarter and 154.4% year over year.

Box (NYSE: BOX) fell 8% after issuing guidance that trailed estimates. Box sees FY2026 EPS of $1.13-$1.17, versus the consensus of $1.87.

AeroVironment (NASDAQ: AVAV) fell 16% after it reported results that missed consensus and lowered guidance. AeroVironment sees FY2025 revenue of $780-795 million, versus the consensus of $836.2 million.
