Sabre (NASDAQ: SABR) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.08), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.10). Revenue for the quarter came in at $714.72 million versus the consensus estimate of $719.14 million.
OUTLOOK
Business and Financial Outlook
With respect to the 2025 financial outlook below:
• Full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance consists of expected net loss attributable to
common stockholders of approximately $38 million; less impact of acquisition-related
amortization of approximately $35 million; expected stock-based compensation expense
of approximately $57 million; expected depreciation and amortization of property and
equipment and amortization of capitalized implementation costs of approximately $86
million; expected interest expense, inclusive of issuance costs and debt discounts, net of
approximately $528 million; and expected provision of income taxes of approximately
$33 million.
