BMO Capital analyst Michael Zaremski raised the price target on Cincinnati Financial (NASDAQ: CINF) to $153.00 (from $146.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We are raising our '26 EPS estimates 4% (~6% above consensus) driven by investment income tailwinds due to CINF's 3Q announced sell-down of equities (due to the longstanding bull market causing equities as a % of equity to exceed CINF's preferred level), improved margins in Commercial Lines and Personal Lines partially offset by worse margins in their E&S business. Our 2025 EPS estimate falls 29% following CINF’s California Wildfire exposure loss of $450-525M, plus an assumption of additional reinsurance purchases ($60m = to ~5pts of the -29pts). Target to $153."
