After-hours movers:
Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR) rose 18% after it easily beat consensus estimates for fourth quarter revenue and raised its guidance. U.S. government revenue grew 45% year-over-year and 7% quarter-over-quarter to $343 million.
Synaptics (NASDAQ: SYNA) declined 5% after its CEO accepted a job at Lumentum Holdings (NASDAQ: LITE). Lumentum shares were up 4%.
NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI) rose 2% after it reported positive quarterly results. Fourth quarter revenue was $3.11 billion, down 9 percent year-on-year.
Clorox (NYSE: CLX) declined 2.3% despite reporting solid second quarter result and raising guidance. Adjusted EPS decreased 28% to $1.55 from $2.16 in the year-ago quarter, primarily due to lower net sales, partially offset by cost savings.
