Elastic N.V. (ESTC) Tops Q2 EPS by 21c; offers guidance

Elastic N.V. (NYSE: ESTC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.59, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $365 million versus the consensus estimate of $354.3 million.

GUIDANCE:

Elastic N.V. sees Q3 2025 EPS of $0.46-$0.48, versus the consensus of $0.41. Elastic N.V. sees Q3 2025 revenue of $367-369 million, versus the consensus of $366.7 million.

Elastic N.V. sees FY2025 EPS of $1.68-$1.72, versus the consensus of $1.53. Elastic N.V. sees FY2025 revenue of $1.451-1.457 billion, versus the consensus of $1.442 billion.
