After-Hours Stock Movers:
Bakkt Holdings (NYSE: BKKT) rose 18%, adding to an intraday gain of 160%, following reports that Trump Media & Technology Group (NASDAQ: DJT) is in talks to buy the crypto trading firm.
Incyte (NASDAQ: INCY) fell 4% after it announced that it will pause enrollment in the ongoing Phase 2 study of MRGPRX2 (INCB000262) in chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). The decision was made following the observation of certain in vivo preclinical toxicology findings.
Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI) rose 15% after it announced today that the Audit Committee of its Board of Directors has engaged BDO USA, P.C. (“BDO”) as its independent auditor, effective immediately. Additionally, the Company announced that it has submitted a compliance plan to The Nasdaq Stock Market to support its request for an extension of time to regain compliance with the Nasdaq continued listing requirements.
