Opendoor (OPEN) Tops Q3 EPS by 7c; offers guidance

Opendoor (NASDAQ: OPEN) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.11), $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.38 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.27 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Opendoor sees Q4 2024 revenue of $925-975 million, versus the consensus of $1204 million.
