Xerox Corp. (XRX) Misses Q3 EPS by 26c, Misses on Revenue; Offers Guidance

Xerox Corp. (NASDAQ: XRX) reported Q3 EPS of $0.25, $0.26 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.53 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.63 billion.

• Revenue: from a decline of 5% to 6% in constant currency1 to a decline of around 10% in constant currency 1
• Adjusted 1 Operating Margin: from at least 6.5% to around 5.0%
• Free cash flow1: from at least $550 million to a range of $450 to $500 million
