Digital Realty Trust (DLR) Misses Q3 EPS by 16c; raises guidance

Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.43 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.43 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Digital Realty Trust sees FY2024 revenue of $5.55-5.6 billion, versus the consensus of $5.577 billion.

Digital Realty raised its 2024 Core FFO per share and Constant-Currency Core FFO per share outlook to $6.65 - $6.75.
