Ribbon Communications (RBBN) Misses Q3 EPS by 1c, provides outlook

Ribbon Communications (NASDAQ: RBBN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.05, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $210 million versus the consensus estimate of $212.16 million.

GUIDANCE:

Ribbon Communications sees Q4 2024 revenue of $235-255 million, versus the consensus of $254.8 million. Non-GAAP gross margin is projected in a range of 55.5% to 56%. Adjusted EBITDA is projected in a range of $46 million to $52 million.
