After-Hours Stock Movers:
NANO Nuclear Energy (NASDAQ: NNE) fell 10% after it filed to offer 1.4 million units of common stock and warrants. Weakness in NNE also impacted peers Oklo Inc (NYSE: OKLO) and NuScale Power Corporation (NYSE: SMR).
DMC Global (NASDAQ: BOOM) fell 26% after it provided an update its strategic review. Given the challenges of the last several months for DMC the Board believes that prioritizing stability, simplification and internal improvement will better serve DMC’s stockholders than selling businesses at the present time.
Aspen Aerogels (NYSE: ASPN) fell 6.6% after it announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,250,000 shares of its common stock.
Zions Bancorp (NASDAQ: ZION) rose 3.1% after its third quarter EPS topped consensus.
Medpace Holdings (NASDAQ: MEDP) fell 10% after it published mixed third quarter results, with strength on the bottom line but weakness on the top line.
Nucor (NYSE: NUE) fell 2% after missing on EPS in the third quarter and warning of another decrease in the final quarter of the year.
