ACV (ACVA) Misses Q2 EPS by 12c, provides guidance

ACV (NASDAQ: ACVA) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.10), $0.12 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $161 million versus the consensus estimate of $156.28 million.

GUIDANCE:

ACV sees Q3 2024 revenue of $158-162 million, versus the consensus of $158 million.
GAAP net income (loss) of ($22) million to ($20) million
Non-GAAP net income of $1 million to $3 million
Adjusted EBITDA of $6 million to $8 million

Full-Year 2024:

Total revenue of $615 million to $625 million, an increase of 28% to 30% year over year, versus the consensus of $616.8 million.
GAAP net income (loss) of ($85) million to ($80) million
Non-GAAP net income of $3 million to $8 million
Adjusted EBITDA of $21 million to $25 millio
