Wag! Group Co. (PET) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c, provides guidance

Wag! Group Co. (NASDAQ: PET) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.06), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $20.67 million.

GUIDANCE:

Wag! Group Co. sees Q3 2024 revenue of $20-24 million, versus the consensus of $24.533 million. Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1.5 million to $2.5 million.

For the full year 2024, as previously communicated on July 10, 2024, we expect:

Revenue in the range of $92 million to $102 million, versus the consensus of $122.7 million.
Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $4 million to $8 million.
