Realty Income (NYSE: O) reported Q2 EPS of $0.29, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.22 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Realty Income sees FY2024 EPS of $1.21-$1.30, versus the consensus of $1.45.

Normalized FFO per share to $4.19 - $4.28

AFFO per share to $4.15 - $4.21
