Open Text (NASDAQ: OTEX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.98, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.36 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.41 billion.
OUTLOOK
Looking ahead into Fiscal 2025, we are focused on extending our Information Management competitive advantage, expanding margin, delivering a record year of capital return with our new $300 Million Share Repurchase program, and increasing our annualized dividend from $1 per share to $1.05 per share. We expect to return approximately $570 million during Fiscal 2025, via dividends and share repurchases, the highest in our history. We are excited about our differentiated products, as well as our business and financial momentum.
