Evertec (EVTC) Tops Q2 EPS by 13c, provides guidance

Evertec (NYSE: EVTC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.83, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $212 million versus the consensus estimate of $211.1 million.

GUIDANCE:

Evertec sees FY2024 EPS of $2.98-$3.07, versus the consensus of $2.90. Evertec sees FY2024 revenue of $846-854 million, versus the consensus of $850.6 million.
Capital expenditures are now anticipated to be approximately $85 million, including Sinqia.
Effective tax rate of approximately 5% compared to a 6% to 7% in 2023.
