Perion Network (PERI) Reports In-Line Q2 EPS, provides guidance

Perion Network (NASDAQ: PERI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.26, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $108.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $115.69 million.

GUIDANCE:

Perion Network sees FY2024 revenue of $490-510 million, versus the consensus of $499.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA3 of $48 to $52 million.
Adjusted EBITDA3 to contribution ex-TAC3 of 23% at the midpoint.
