Quad/Graphics (QUAD) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c, reaffirms guidance

Quad/Graphics (NYSE: QUAD) reported Q2 EPS of $0.12, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $634 million versus the consensus estimate of $645.7 million.

Guidance:

Annual Net Sales Change: 5% to 9% decline.

Full-Year Adjusted EBITDA: $205 million to $245 million

Free Cash Flow: $50 million to $70 million

Capital Expenditures: $60 million to $70 million
