Citi analyst Stephen Trent reiterated a Neutral rating and $29.00 price target on Southwest (NYSE: LUV).
The analyst comments "Southwest’s update for the June quarter looks weak. With no expected changes in capacity, unit revenue looks worse, which indicates weaker price point and/or lower ancillary revenue. Overall, Citi continues to see discount carriers, such as Neutral-rated Southwest Airlines as less well positioned than its network peers."
