After-hours movers: Birkenstock, SolarEdge, MicroAlgo and more
After-Hours Stock Movers:
SolarEdge Technologies (NASDAQ: SEDG) fell 11% after it announced its intention to offer $300 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2029.
Wolfspeed (NYSE: WOLF) fell 1% after it said it experienced an equipment incident at its Durham 150mm device fab that resulted in a temporary capacity reduction while the incident was being remediated.
MicroAlgo (NASDAQ: MLGO) fell 15% after surging 289% during the regular session on a massive increase in trading volume.
Birkenstock (NYSE: BIRK) fell 4% after it announced a selling shareholder plans to offer 14,000,000 ordinary shares in a public offering.
Pool Corp. (NASDAQ: POOL) fell 12% after it cut full year guidance due to lower new pool construction and remodel activity.
Enerpac Tool Group (NYSE: EPAC) fell 9% after reporting third quarter results and updating full year guidance. Management noted sequentially slower growth in the third quarter but said the company continues to outpace the soft general industrial marketplace.
