After-Hours Stock Movers:

Urban Outfitters (NASDAQ: URBN) rose 8% after first quarter EPS and revenue beat estimates amid continued strength at the Anthropologie, Free People, FP Movement and Nuuly brands.

ViaSat (NASDAQ: VSAT) declined 12% after quarter earnings per share misses estimates. Management sees FY2025 as a "springboard" for growth.

Rezolute Inc. (NASDAQ: RZLT) rose 50% after reporting positive topline results from its phase 2 proof of concept study of RZ402 in patients with diabetic macular edema.

Haemonetics (NYSE: HAE) fell 2% after announcing a plan to offer $525,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 in a private offering.

Modine Manufacturing (NYSE: MOD) fell 5% after issuing guidance for full year EPS that trailed estimates at the midpoint.

Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) rose 1% after easily beating quarterly EPS and revenue estimates and lifting full year EPS guidance.
