Transalta Corp. (NYSE: TAC) reported Q1 EPS of Cdn$0.72, Cdn$0.58 better than the analyst estimate of Cdn$0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at Cdn$947 million versus the consensus estimate of Cdn$985.83 million.
