AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) reported Q1 EPS of $2.31, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $2.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.31 billion versus the consensus estimate of $11.93 billion.

GUIDANCE:

AbbVie sees FY2024 EPS of $11.13-$11.33, versus the consensus of $11.10.
