Alexandria Real Estate (NYSE: ARE) reported Q1 EPS of $0.97, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $769.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $764.37 million.

GUIDANCE:

Alexandria Real Estate sees FY2024 EPS of $3.60-$3.72 & Funds from operations per share, as adjusted $9.41 to $9.53.
